Apollon Temple – Acropolis
On the hill of Agios Stefanos stands the Acropolis of Rhodes. It was built in 3BC to honor Lord Helios. The Hellenistic Stadium hosted various games and it is a place of historical interest for the visitors. Next to the stadium made of marble is the Theatron where concerts were held in the archaic age. Alongside the theatre, temple of the guardian deity of the city, Pythios Apollon rises. From here, you will be breath taken by the panoramic view of the landscape.
